What ModelWitch is

ModelWitch is an independent, third-party usage dashboard for Claude Pro and Anthropic API accounts. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic PBC. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic PBC, used here only to describe compatibility.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use ModelWitch. This isn't an arbitrary limit — ModelWitch only works if you have a Claude Pro or Anthropic API account, and Anthropic's own Consumer Terms of Service require account holders to be 18 or older. By using ModelWitch, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that you meet Anthropic's eligibility requirements for the account you're connecting.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ModelWitch on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard licensed application end user agreement and these terms.

Accuracy of usage data

ModelWitch displays usage and cost figures retrieved from Anthropic's APIs. We do not control Anthropic's systems and cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of this data. Always confirm important limits or billing figures directly with Anthropic before relying on them for decisions with real consequences.

Subscriptions

ModelWitch Premium is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase:

• Monthly — $2.99/month
• Yearly — $19.99/year
• Lifetime — $34.99 one-time (non-renewing, non-consumable)

Where offered, a 7-day free trial applies before your first charge. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID account settings — turning off auto-renewal does not affect the current active period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse ModelWitch, and not to use it in a way that violates Anthropic's or Apple's own terms of service.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

ModelWitch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumenif OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on usage or cost figures it displays.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue ModelWitch or any feature at any time. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
